2020 Sally’s Hill Shiraz

Tasting Notes:   Limpid ruby colour with ripe Autumn berry fruit flavours complimented by white pepper, ripe plums and notes of violet.  Lovely soft mouth feel with very fine tannins.  Slight herbal notes on the finish.  Extended wood maturation leads to a light evenly balanced wine with soft middle palate and lingering aftertaste.
